This project was carried out from May to October 2001 at a major UK airport and clearly displays Chemglass's ability to utilise materials other than GRP on large scale projects.

Here we designed, supplied and erected a galvanised mild steel floor including all support work to two 5m deep storm-water retention tanks of 2000m².

Many of the supports had to be epoxy-coated for corrosion resistance and as part of our overall package we also fitted over 20 penstocks, as well as supplying numerous baffles, weirs and anti-vortex devices.
