Chemglass can offer a wide range of specialised stainless steel clips (Gr.304 or 316) available from stock, for fixing GRP flooring panels and for securing unsupported butting edges.

Standard Top Or Saddle Clip

These are designed to sit inside the flooring recesses, thus minimising trip hazards and are used to fix panels down. They are generally used in conjunction with a bolt, nut and washer and are normally utilised to bolt panels directly through support work.

(Chemglass would suggest a minimum of 4 off clips per individual panel.)

Connecting Clip

These are used for connecting unsupported ajoining flooring panels and are designed to level panels thereby eliminating potential trip hazards which can be caused by deflection. (NB: Differing sizes are avialable for differing panel thicknesses)

Bottom & Saddle Clip

These are designed to 'pick up' on the underside of supportwork eliminating the need for drilling & making them ideal for use where access to the underside of the flooring is limited or impossible. The clip works in conjunction with the saddle clip and uses a long bolt or capscrew and a square nut to allow adjustment.
